Our senior team is comprised of highly experienced events professionals, each with over 30 years’ expertise designing, delivering and managing complex high-profile events for multiple sectors. Events Infrastructure and Project Management
Actavo Events provides complete on-site event services to festival, exhibition and event organisers and promoters. We have completed contracts for large festivals in Ireland and the UK, including Glastonbury, Electric Picnic, and Wireless festival. We have extensive experience in the exhibition and conferences sector, working with key venues, such as the 3 Arena, The Convention Centre Dublin, RDS and The Roundhouse, London.
For each event, we assign a dedicated account manager to oversee the event, which includes client liaison, site survey and inspection. Our In-House Tech Design team provides a full CAD design and drawing support complete with health and safety evaluations. Our products are suitable for both green field sites, city centre locations and venues. We supply stages, mojo barrier, rigging, media and outside broadcast structures, event scaffolding structures and seating. We have a vast product range for all venue sizes. We design custom-built exhibition stands and have supplied innovative staging solutions for several events including the Web Summit and Grand Designs Show.
