Fergal Lalor

Fergal joined Actavo in March 2025 as the Group Commercial Director. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Finance and is a Chartered Engineer.

Fergal leads the Group Commercial function to add value to our customers, commercial strategy and assurance to ensure the best commercial outcomes for the Group business units across market sectors and geographies.

Previous roles include as Managing Director of Business Divisions, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Commercial and Business Operations across Ireland, the UK and North America.

Fergal believes in supporting our teams to achieve the best commercial outcomes for customers and shareholders through partnership and a ‘single team ethos’ approach with our customers and supply chain.
