He brings more than 20 years’ experience in telecoms, critical infrastructure, and technical services, with a consistent track record of delivering strategic growth and strengthening long-term client relationships.

Martin has held senior leadership roles spanning operations, commercial delivery, and business development. This blend enables him to not only identify high-value opportunities, but also shape commercially robust, operationally sound solutions that drive success across the full project lifecycle.

At Actavo, Martin leads the growth strategy for both the Modular and Industrial Scaffolding business units, including market positioning, customer engagement, framework participation, and key strategic partnerships.
