Nigel has joined Actavo as Managing Director of the Modular Buildings business, and brings with him 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He graduated from GMIT and DkIT in Civil Engineering and recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation at the Irish Management Institute. Nigel has worked on a wide variety of projects in Leinster and in the Greater Dublin area, having managed at a senior level since 2006.

Nigel's management style is very much based upon establishing positive, team-based and collaborative relationships with design teams and understanding the client's brief from the outset. This has been a key component in the successful delivery of a variety of projects. As Managing Director, Nigel has the overall responsibility of the Modular business, based in Kill, Co. Kildare. He is responsible for the implementation of all management systems to ensure completion of all projects, cost control, contractual issues and implementation of company policies in respect of Quality, Health & Safety and Environment. He is also responsible for diversification into new sectors to ensure continued growth and profitability across the Modular Buildings business.
