Kieran McIntyre

Kieran joined Actavo in May 2011 as a safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) trainer. He has over 25 years experience as a health and safety professional, having spent 16 years in the aviation industry working for British Midland Airways and Aviance where he begin his health and safety career. Kieran went on to set up his own safety consultancy business in 2009, which he ran for two years.

Kieran has been responsible for the development of the Actavo EHS training academy and the EHS training function, in that time developing it into the key service and vital component of the company that it is now. He has been a key member of the EHS management team for the last number of years.

Kieran holds a level 8 Higher Diploma in Safety, Health and Welfare at Work and a National Certificate in Science and Engineering, both from University College Dublin. He is also a certified member of the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (IOSH). His technical knowledge and experience keeps him focused on the continued development and strengthening of the EHS and IMS Compliance team to deliver an efficient and effective service across the whole business.
