Lucinda Sibson

Lucinda joined Actavo in January 2014 as General Counsel for the Network and In-Home division and became Group Legal Director in 2018. Lucinda also takes responsibility for HR in the company and is Company Secretary.

Lucinda is a graduate of the University of Oxford. She completed her postgraduate legal qualifications at the College of Law, London and holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance from University College Dublin’s Smurfit School.

Her role at Actavo is to protect the company’s legal position, analyse legal risk across projects and contracts and to ensure compliance with legal requirements. In her HR role, Lucinda manages the HR team to ensure that Actavo is a happy and healthy place to work.

Since joining Actavo, Lucinda is particularly proud of creating a commercially focused legal department from the ground up. In her HR role, she is pleased to have fostered a strong team culture within the HR department during Covid-19.
