Solutions to challenges
Transporting equipment around the site was difficult due to wet weather conditions. Actavo followed a health and safety plan in order to safely build the stage.
There was a large distance between the depot and site. A scheduled truck plan was created to ensure organisation within the team.
The pedestrian bridge was located over a ditch with a 3 metre drop. Actavo carried out additional safety checks on the bridge to ensure that it was safe for pedestrian use.
Benefits to client
Actavo Events provided a variety of event infrastructure and services for our client to allow for the smooth running of the concert.
The 18m x 23m stage was covered by a circus tent, replicating an indoor experience in an outdoor environment.
Event infrastructure is managed by a highly experienced team with an award-winning focus on safety and quality.
