Actavo was hired to design and build a modular category 3 laboratory on the site of Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children in Dublin, as part of the hospital’s development programme.
Scope of works
Design and build a 100m2 modular laboratory. Carry out all civil works including Mechanical & Electrical. Carry out fire detection, partitioning, suspended ceilings, air conditioning, floor covering, decoration, clean room certification and heating systems. Actavo was also responsible for PSCS and PSDP.
