Actavo, a leading international engineering solutions company, was awarded the CX in Speciality award at the recent Irish CX Impact Awards in Croke Park. This category recognises best-in-class customer experience delivery. An independent panel of recognised expert judges, both domestic and international, drawn from academia, business and broader related sectors determined each winner of the night. For a second consecutive year, Actavo was recognised for its continued commitment to its Customer Experience Programme, which places the customer at the centre of operations.

“Actavo is delighted to be recognised and awarded at the annual CX Impact Awards. Customer experience continues to be the cornerstone of our service delivery model and it is a true differentiator in delivering value to our clients. This award recognition positions the company as strong leaders in this area. “At Actavo, we have transformed our Customer Experience strategy in recent years. Customer Experience has become a business discipline, focused on aligning our culture, technology, people capabilities, and processes to customer lifecycle expectations. We act as brand ambassadors on behalf of our clients and take this responsibility very seriously. Our immersive and award-winning Customer Experience training programs are part of every front-line teams learning pathways and serve to constantly keep the customer’s experience as part of our daily focus and decision-making processes.”

Customer Strategy Director, Actavo

The Irish CX Impact awards programme was designed to provide recognition for excellence in customer experience delivery. Awards were handed out across 16 different categories recognising the professionals, teams and organisations that deliver CX as a core business strategy to drive improved performance.

“Having established strong ground with the CX Impact Award last year, it was great to see so many leading customer experience (CX) initiatives be rewarded in 2019. CX programs are gaining strength and this year’s recipients demonstrate Ireland’s commitment to exceptional service. As a judge coordinator, I was delighted to be able to attract global experts onto our panel, allowing Irish CX programs to take their place on the international stage. This is a great testament to practitioners in the field.”
