Actavo is delighted to have won Gold for the second year running, at the All-Ireland Occupational Health & Safety Awards 2023, which took place recently, at a special ceremony in Killarney.

The awards, run by NISO (National Irish Safety Organisation) and NISG (Northern Ireland Safety Group), recognise high standards of occupational health and safety demonstrated by businesses on the Island of Ireland.

The Gold Award recognises Actavo’s continuous commitment in health and safety management throughout the organisation. Actavo also received the NISO/NISG award for ‘Excellence in Safety’, recognising consistent safety performance at Distinction level or higher for more than fifteen consecutive years, a testament to the rigorous approach we take to health and safety across all our operations, demonstrating our core value ‘Live Safety’.

Congratulations to everyone in Actavo for these fantastic accolades. We ‘live safety’ across all our operations, and I would like to commend our people for their part in nurturing a culture where we all commit to ensuring everyone goes home safe each day. It always means a lot to get recognition from these prestigious awards and we are deeply honoured to receive the Gold Award for the second year running.
