Actavo, a leading international engineering solutions company, has scooped a top award at the International Customer Experience Awards in Amsterdam. The company won Gold for Best Customer Experience Transformation in recognition of its customer experience execution and results.

The judge described Actavo’s entry as ‘a great example of a no-nonsense customer-centric transformation of investigating the needs, addressing them with effective tactics and engaging everyone to buy into them and get involved, saying: “The emphasis in improvement tactics was on training, empathy and building of other customer-centric competences. Creating a dedicated school for this training program and designing the training by looking over the fence for inspiration elsewhere is a very innovative and hands-on approach. Training solutions were just WOW and showed the seriousness of the company about building a customer-centric culture.”
