We have announced the appointment of four senior executives to key leadership roles. These strategic appointments will support ongoing growth across Ireland, the UK, and international markets and strengthen our commitment to our commercial, operational, and strategic capabilities.

The four new appointments are:

  • Nigel Tighe – Managing Director, Actavo Modular Division
  • Martin Keogh – Business Development Director, Actavo
  • Stephen Evans – Commercial Director, Actavo
  • Charles O’Reilly – Group Director of Bids, Actavo
We are delighted to welcome Nigel, Martin, Stephen and Charles to Actavo’s senior leadership team. Each brings deep expertise, a strong track record of delivery and a collaborative leadership style that aligns with our values. These appointments further strengthen our capability to support clients, innovate, and drive strategic growth across our business.

Nigel Tighe

Nigel Tighe has 30 years of experience in the Irish construction sector and has delivered many complex and award‑winning projects. With experience of several senior roles across the sector, he brings strong skills in strategy, client engagement and business development. As Managing Director of the Modular Division, he will lead the continued development and delivery of the division’s growth strategy.

Martin Keogh

Martin Keogh has over 25 years of senior leadership experience across infrastructure, telecommunications, technology and managed services. He has several senior roles, building a reputation for building high‑performing teams and securing major contracts. At Actavo, he will focus on growing the modular buildings and industrial scaffolding businesses.

Stephen Evans

Stephen Evans brings more than 25 years of commercial and civil engineering experience gained in the UK, UAE and Ireland. He has held senior roles with leading construction and engineering firms and is recognised for his strong commercial judgement, cost management focus and ability to deliver value for clients.

Charles O’Reilly

Charles O’Reilly brings more than 25 years of international experience across ICT, smart cities, infrastructure, telecommunications and emerging technologies. As Group Director of Bids, he will lead the company’s bidding strategy with a strong focus on commercial rigour and strategic execution. He holds two master’s degrees and a bachelor’s degree in international business.
