Actavo has published its Gender Pay Gap Report 2024.
The report shows that our female employees are well represented throughout the business and are as likely to be part of the Senior Management Team as their male counterparts.
We are also pleased that the gender pay gap is minimal (3.6%) when we look at the organisation as a whole, across each of the quartiles. This has reduced from 6.3% in the previous year.
Our female employees are slightly less likely to receive a bonus. However the difference between the mean bonus awards has reduced from 7.6% to 3.7%.
