We are proud to mark the fourth year of our valued partnership with ClikIn and St Mark's Community School, to deliver our impactful Internship Programme. ClikIn works with young people to provide access to career connections, advice and work experience. We welcomed a cohort of 9 talented students from St Mark's Community School this year, marking our largest group to date.

The programme ran each Friday for 6 weeks. The students commenced with a Health and Safety briefing, followed by experiential learning with our EHS, Network & In-Home, Events, Modular, and Training Centre teams.

We were so impressed with the group this year, that our Modular division has elected to sponsor each student to complete their Safe Pass course. The interns also completed a Manual Handling training course, and we hope that some will return to work with us over the Summer months.

At the end of the programme, our interns presented to our senior team about their time at Actavo, and all the wonderful things they accomplished whilst working with us.

Working with the nine interns has been a rewarding and energising experience. Each intern had a strong curiosity and a willingness to learn. I enjoyed guiding them through new challenges, watching their confidence grow and seeing their skills develop throughout the day.
