Our team attended the MMC Ireland Factory Tour held at Forte Pespa on 4 March.

Forte Pespa is a Dublin-based specialist in prefabricated modular balcony systems, providing end-to-end design, manufacture and installation solutions for large-scale residential and commercial developments across Ireland.

We are also pleased to announce that Actavo Modular has been awarded the contract to deliver the new headquarters for Forte Pespa, marking a significant milestone for both organisations and highlighting the growing role of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in Ireland’s commercial sector.

The project will showcase the core advantages of MMC, with up to 90% of the building manufactured in our controlled factory environment before being transported to site.

As a result, the site programme is expected to take just 8 weeks, ensuring minimal impact on Forte Pespa’s live operations while accelerating delivery of the new headquarters.

Forte Pespa is a highly respected organisation with strong leadership, extensive expertise and a clear strategic vision. Their decision to develop a new headquarters using Modern Methods of Construction demonstrates that forward‑looking approach.
