Actavo Modular, Ireland’s leading supplier of modular buildings, has secured a contract to provide high-end modular buildings to Irish Rail at its site in Fairview, Dublin. The project commenced in January and is scheduled to finish in July 2020.
Actavo Modular will design, supply test and commission the two-storey unit that is 833 square metres and will comprise of 30 modules delivered on-site as 9.8 metre sections. The modules have reinforced floors to support the weight of record archive. Using innovative materials, the units are designed to achieve optimum energy efficiency, flexible interconnectivity and structural integrity.
