Actavo shape Actavo shape Actavo shape

Actavo is delighted to announce that it was awarded Best Customer Experience (CX) Strategy at the Customer Centricity World Series Awards, hosted virtually on the 18th and 19th May. Actavo was the only Irish company shortlisted or recognised at the inaugural international awards, which recognise the most customer centric organisations around the world, with winners chosen from over 110 companies across 38 countries.

This was Actavo’s first entry to these Awards, and it was shortlisted with 13 global companies in this category. Aligned with its core value, ‘focus on customer experience’, Actavo places huge emphasis on the structure of its customer experience strategy, the dynamic nature of the strategy and its practical and measurable implementation across all its operations. This ethos is key when it comes to providing essential strategic partnership solutions to some of world’s leading companies in over 100 locations around the world.

The Customer Centricity World Series Awards are run by ARCET Global. The winners are chosen by a panel of independent judges, including C-suite executives and CX experts. The Inaugural awards show was held virtually, with over 450 attendees.

Ann–Marie O’Donnell, Global Customer Strategy Director with Actavo said: “Actavo invests heavily in Customer Experience (CX) research, strategy and practice across all our international operations, in line with our core value ‘focus on customer experience’. Our Network and In-Home customer-facing teams demonstrate their passion every day in the pursuit of Customer Experience Excellence. My sincere thanks to them for their focus and commitment during the pandemic where they continued to put customers first. This award is testament to their dedication.
In recent years we have won six Irish and international awards for our industry-leading approach to CX and we are extremely proud to now be recognised by the Customer Centricity World Series, as one of the leading companies in the world for CX Strategy”
