The facilities provided by Actavo represent a new age of modular accommodation for schools as the comforts and features of the accommodation are similar to a permanent structure. One of the many challenges for any building company working in a restricted space with 1,230 students and 125 staff is to ensure that they adhere to all health and safety standards. Actavo were exceptional in this area and were very respectful and understanding of the demands of large Community College. The new build has been seamlessly integrated into the schools existing structures.

The modular building was completed to a high standard, and the professionalism of the Actavo team was evident in every aspect, from the planning stages right through to the safety demonstrations for our school staff at the end of the project. We received an Actavo Modular building to cater for our newly opening autism class. From start to finish, the service from Actavo was exemplary and we are really pleased with the completed project. Our students have benefitted from a bright, spacious and modern classroom which is cleverly designed to maximise the space and storage in the room. The accompanying quiet room has become the ideal space for our students to explore a wide range of sensory and regulation tools within the safety of the extended classroom space.

We were very impressed with the work carried out by Actavo Modular. All the preparatory work as well as the installation was done in a live school environment during the school term, with little or no disruption to school operations.

Any talking points were discussed professionally and were always solution focused and dealt with in a positive manner. The site manager also communicated really well with any other workers on site. Instructions given were followed and the school never needed to explain anything to any visiting sub-contractors - a clear indicator that they had received necessary information in advance of their visit to our site. The standards that the team adhered to throughout this project are a testament to Actavo and I’d be happy to vouch for their professionalism and workmanship.
