Patrick was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2025 and leads the financial operations of the company, including financial planning and strategic direction.

A Chartered Accountant who trained with KPMG, Patrick brings a strong commercial focus and a results-driven mindset. He has extensive experience in steering finance functions and leading businesses across the home services and utilities sectors.

His previous roles include VP Finance at Direct Energy Services in North America and CFO at Bord Gáis Energy. Earlier in his career, Patrick led the finance function at British Gas Home Services. More recently, he has driven financial and operational transformation across several private equity-backed businesses.
