Actavo Modular has commenced works on the new Forte Pespa Headquarters at Greenogue Business Park, Dublin, marking the beginning of an exciting commercial development that will showcase the benefits of modular construction and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
The project will deliver a state-of-the-art modular office building designed to support Forte Pespa's continued growth while providing a modern, efficient, and sustainable workspace. Leveraging Actavo Modular's offsite construction expertise, the building will be manufactured in a controlled factory environment before being assembled on site, ensuring enhanced quality, greater programme certainty, and reduced onsite disruption.
The project highlights the growing adoption of volumetric modular construction and offsite manufacturing within Ireland's commercial property sector. By utilising MMC, the development will benefit from faster construction timelines, improved quality control, reduced material waste, and a more sustainable approach to building delivery.
As demand continues to grow for sustainable, high-performance commercial buildings, modular construction is increasingly being recognised as a key solution for delivering projects more efficiently without compromising on quality.
Actavo Modular looks forward to working closely with Forte Pespa and project stakeholders throughout the build programme and sharing progress updates as this innovative headquarters takes shape.
