Actavo Caribbean celebrates 2 Million Safe Hours

Actavo Caribbean is celebrating a significant milestone in its safety performance, clocking up over 2 million safe hours worked across all operations since December 2022.

Our services in the Caribbean span 15 countries and multiple project sites, offering Network, In-Home and Industrial solutions for clients across varied sectors, including telecoms, energy and power.

Our core value, Live SAFETY, is central to our Health & Safety philosophy at Actavo. Our EHS team has led a series of initiatives within our teams across the Caribbean to achieve this result, ranging from rigorous auditing, training and development programs, advanced EHS management tools and employee involvement, in order to encourage our teams to play an active role in ensuring that everyone goes home safe each day, aligned to our EHS vision – Together Towards Zero.

As a projects business, each day brings new risks and challenges. Our Health & Safety Management System is underpinned by our Golden Rules, setting out our minimum standards along with each person’s commitment to working safely by supporting and encouraging an environment that enables people to plan, engage, consult on a daily basis and empowers people to make the right decisions.
