Supporting SIRO’s FTTH Strategy

Following the successful delivery of the SIRO Network Design and Build from 2015 to 2020, Actavo was appointed as SIRO’s leading partner for the provision of In-Home services across the Republic of Ireland.  Actavo completed 80,000 installations in the first three years of the contract, taking SIRO from a start-up to a market leading FTTH wholesaler. We focus on providing a ‘first time right’ connection for domestic and corporate customers, supported by our experienced back-office teams.

SIRO Delivery Team Training

We provide extensive training to our SIRO delivery team at our purpose-built training facility in Dunboyne and in the field, where we place huge emphasis on caring for our people and our customers, focusing on excellent safety standards and delivering exceptional customer experience.  

  • 6-week training course for new starters
  • 15-day New Starter Training Log and allocation of Mentors
  • Regular up-skilling and bespoke training (Safe Pass / First Aid)
