- Provision of read data within a required read window for each bill cycle
- Provision of off-cycle reads
- Revenue investigation services (for example, meter mix-up investigation, customer complaints investigation)
- On-going optimisation of routes to support efficient meter reading
- Provision of the personnel and transport required to perform the meter data reading
