Corporate – Sainsbury’s Local

Actavo | Building Solutions provided a modular retail store for Sainsbury's Local. Pre-prepared for commercial fit-out, this store was built in a number of weeks. Constructed from ten modular bays, the single storey, modular Sainsbury's Local store has been finished in a combination of euroclad and thermowood timber cladding to provide a modern, aesthetically pleasing façade.

Providing a strong alternative to traditional build, groundworks began in Feb 2016 with the project taking just 19 weeks to complete on-site.
