Our highly-skilled In-Home Solutions team delivers end-to-end, project management services for in-home to the world’s leading companies, such as Sky, SSE, ScottishPower, SIRO and Virgin Media. Actavo has supported Sky in the delivery of in-home installations and services since 2003 and, in 2011, Actavo became Sky’s sole business partner across the island of Ireland. We provide a fully Sky branded installation and maintenance service and support an average of 27,000 domestic and business customers per month.
Actavo | In-Home Solutions has been Virgin Media’s sole provider in Ireland of installation and maintenance works. Our activities include approx 4,000 installations, 4,000 services and 20,000 call centre calls per month. We also cover SME installations and CPE collections / reverse logistics
Since 2011, Actavo | In-Home Solutions has been trusted to provide an end-to-end client-branded service to PrePayPower, the largest privately owned pre-pay electricity business in Ireland. The work involves installation of smart pre-payment electricity meters in PrePayPower’s residential customers’ homes, testing and certification of the installations and provision of customer education including a full demonstration. Our team currently completes approx. 35,000 installations per annum, 2,500 service calls per annum and 500 removals per annum.
Actavo | In-Home Solutions was appointed by ScottishPower as an installation partner to help deliver its Smart Metering Programme. The contract sees Actavo supplying in the region of 780,000 meters across Scotland’s central belt, incorporating Glasgow, Edinburgh and Fife. Actavo has created a state-of-the-art Contact Centre and Back Office function as well as partnering with three colleges across Scotland in order to deliver the necessary in-field skilled resources to support this initiative.
