Actavo | In-Home Solutions operates state-of-the-art call centres in Ireland, Scotland and the Caribbean. We are committed to going beyond client expectations in all our dealings and this is firmly rooted in every single member of our team. Our customer contact centres schedule appointments, handle customer queries and provide back office support to our engineers. Our contact centres and back office teams possess a mix of technical and inter- personal skills. Their training highlights the importance of the customer experience at every point of interaction, which is guided and driven by our Customer Standards Charter.

We provide a customer contact centre for appointment setting and customer queries and for back office support to our Engineers. The centralised contact centre is based in our Glasgow office and supports a Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm operation. We have a partner to provide out-of-hours support. The contact centre currently supports approximately 12,000 outbound and 5,000 inbound calls per month.
